These legal terms and conditions (Return Policy) apply to PlayitClickitBurnit.com and any and all affiliates of 3 Kid Entertainment, LLC.

Sales and Service Policies.
PlayitClickitBurnit.com is authorized to charge customers the agreed upon posted prices for services rendered for music purchases, charges for monthly recurring musician fees for access to your Musician control panel and back office. In addition, any bolt on e-commerce pages licensed to any musician for enabling the rapid set up and ability to charge customers for music purchases made on your website using PlayitClickitBurnit.com technology. The e-commerce bolt on page and the Musician back office control panels are licensed. They are never sold.

By using these services, you agree to pay the prices posted on PlayitClickitBurnit.com. These prices are subject to change without notice to you. Those clients who are on a fixed one year or two year agreement are exempt from price changes until the annual agreement renewal.

Any charges made to customers' credit cards will constitute a sales receipt and that services were rendered and satisfactorily received. Disputing any credit charge through your bank or credit card provider after services have been rendered and products received by any customer constitutes a breech of this policy and will result in immediate suspension of your account and/or legal action. All hosting accounts not paid as agreed and delinquent after 30 days shall be suspended.

Failure to pay for recurring services can and will result in deactivation of your services if payments are in arrears by more than 30 days. Reactivation of your account will be subject to a $75 reconnection fee and remittance of all past due payments.
  • PlayitClickitBurnit.com reserves the right to defend herself in the event of any customer violation of these policies. As such, PlayitClickitBurnit.com will file a complaint against customer in Santa Fe Magistrate or New Mexico Superior court. Customer shall bear the full cost of travel and legal expenses and shall not be entitled to any punitive damages, lost wages, or time. In the event of an award in customer(s) favor, they shall be entitled to receive a refund for the cost of hosting only. Third party software nor custom software, PayPal or e-commerce processing fees nor training shall never be reimbursed.
End users who purchase music from PlayitClickitBurnit.com are never entitled to a refund. Once music has been purchased and downloaded, it is the responsibility of the end user to make one (1) back up copy for archival purposes. At no time shall end user have any license nor permission to transfer, copy or sell the music obtained from PlayitClickitBurnit.com to any other website. Violators once discovered shall have their accounts on PlayitClickitBurnit.com immediately revoked.

Termination of Services.
For month to month musician hosted accounts, you are required to give PlayitClickitBurnit.com a minimum of 30 days notice if you intend to cease your recurring monthly payments. Failure to notify PlayitClickitBurnit.com can and will result in possible collections and/or legal actions against Customer to collect hosting or other services fees Customer agreed to pay. PlayitClickitBurnit.com reserves the right to terminate any customer who has shown a pattern of late or delinquent payments by giving Customer a written 30-day notice. Past due amounts will be required to be paid to bring account current before any tours are given to Customer. At no time shall PlayitClickitBurnit.com be held responsible for any liability as a result of termination. Customer understands that providing regular monthly hosting services is their responsibility and that if after receiving their 2nd warning in writing from PlayitClickitBurnit.com, termination may be the result of Customer's continued disregard for their financial irresponsibility.
