Web Site User Agreement

1. Musicians agree to upload the highest and best quality recorded music.
   
   
2. Musicians acknowledge to agree to a $.39 per song transaction fee.
   
   
3. Musicians will receive automatic monthly payments for all net sales on or before the 15th of every month, with no minimum balance payout.
   
   
4. All monthly sales income will be sent electronically.
   
   
5. Musicians agree to set up a Pay Pal account to receive electronic fund transfers.
